North Carolina Bill to Allow Handguns in Restaurants

A North Carolina General Assembly bill is currently being considered to allow concealed handguns in restaurants serving alcohol. Under the law, concealed weapons would be permitted in alcohol serving restaurants providing the owner is legally licensed to hold a concealed weapon.
